I've decided to focus on catalyst and show that particles colliding
indicates a faster reaction with a catalyst.
However, my problem is how will i measure a catalyst.
Need some ideas, please help!

what reaction is it acting as a catalyst for or not picked out? i mean off the top of my head i would think maybe something along the lines of measuring the thermodynamics of a few reactions. varying the amounts of catalyst in each reaction with one reaction being a control with 0 catalyst.

and im a little unsure on how you want to show particles colliding indicate a faster reaction with a catalyst. since particles colliding faster is more the lines of heat/energy of the system i believe, where as catalysis is lowering the activation energy for the reaction.

well i really just need to know how to measure the reaction occurring without a catalyst than with a catalyst

Measure heat evolved and how long it takes was my initial suggestion

Or do some reaction that produces gas and put a balloon over the beaker and watch it expand at rates w/ catalyst, and w/o.

they have more accurate ways to measure gas evolved than that :p if interested in this route I can try looking for old lab book with equipment and all

Iv’e been trying to develop a alternative fuel from mixed all natural substances, but the mix was highly volatile until we found a catalyst to help stabilize the compound and supercharge the fuel.
I’m sorry what was this magical catalyst?
Marijuana mother fucker.

I was just thinking simply.
