the " explosion " happened over millions of years ( my old textbooks gave a range of 5-10 millions )
and nowdays , our ideas have lengthen that timespan , to tens of millions of years
but your view is god choose to act slowly , over millions and millions of years
such a view seems rather unjustified , dont you think ?
Actually that kind of view is completely justified, because that would be exactly how he worked. He's been around since before the beginning of time, I think he can take a few million years to create some new and bizarre life.

There's literally zero evidence for the existence of any god. Sorry man, but that's the way it is. Might as well say super-intelligent aliens caused the Cambrian Explosion. It has every bit as much validity as a god-based hypothesis.
I actually find it funny now-a-days trying to convince myself otherwise that there is no God. I actually do try but it never works for me, because I'm reminded of the atheist scientists and professors that now say there was an "impersonal force" behind the big bang and the creation of the universe. Basically their saying that the universe is too organized to have been randomly created. They will call God an "impersonal force" simply because they do not believe in Him. Don't think me a religious fanatic preaching, I do not go to church. I simply find it hard to not believe in Him anymore.
