What're you trying to do that you need one? Wireshark is the one I've used in the past.

Edit: read it as packet sniffing. Are you talking specifically about a Cisco-related product?

You are going to have to study the commands, know IT-CNS terms/protocols.
That is something you will have to pay a lot of money to learn.

I've done some Cisco switch configuration and router configuration in the past, but not since 2008. A lot of stuff is sure to have changed since then.

The command prompt for Cisco has stayed the same...
