I kicked Oxymorphine (opana) 2 days ago, last night is when the WD's really set in. Constant dry mouth, sneezing, aches, pains, cold/hot sweats, diarreha, trembling hands. I know all the typical shit like fluids, eating good food, getting light excersize. But does anyone have some really good advice that will make me feel better because none of that shit really helps. Anyone with experience?

I don't have anything good to give for advice, and I don't know if anyone else will, but I tell you that Google knows almost everything :thumbsup:

Smoke marijuana for a couple weeks especially at night to help go to bed.
marijuana has no withdrawl effect so as soon as you feel your opiate withdrawls have calmed enough stop the weed too.
hope i can help but from my experience this has helped mask withdrawl symptoms

dramamine will knock you out, take about 6 & stay lazy untill its gone.(8ish hours) just make sure you drink Gatorade.. cycle it so you have maybe 2 hours of sober time in the middle of the day and be somewhat active, like walk your dog.

I had a good friend who made me ramen and shit and she cuddled with me too :)

I think you should just stay clean from any other narcotics and just try and stay sober.

The best thing to do is the typical stuff you mentioned, try to drink more water, like 1L per 30lb/body weight, and balance it out with some good salt if you need to. Just focus on the positive side, it will get better, try not to search for fast or unusual ways to make it better, just keep giving your body the natural resources it needs and it will do the rest for you. More green veggies could help too.

My experience is drawn from a two-year heroin addiction fueled by major depression and hypomania/strong anxieties. It began shortly after my relationship of three years with my (former) girlfriend began falling apart..

I recommend alternating Ibuprofen and Tylenol coupled with multivitamins and lots of antioxidants (i.e. juice, v8 drinks or other vegetable sources, etc) to combat the intense fatigue and nervous response your body will encounter during this period.

Over-the-counter pain/fever reducers help tremendously with body aches. Also, you should get plenty of rest and avoid alcohol.
