It takes over 1 year to get some control

thread drove me to write this guid

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=59311592&f=115&o=0

5 mins irl = approximatively 15 minutes of dreams

1st trying to remember your dreams when waking up

& we actually make like over 32 dreams in a sleep

2 snd if you had dream about superhero powers -> try understand what links the place & the superpower

3 thd try to see yourself in mirrors etc
true example: I grabbed a car that had find the keys in my magic bag, saw myself in the rearview mirror

If you wake up during middle of the night, try to re-fall asleep with remembering your last dreams -> if you can't wake up easily during nights; often drink a lot of water so you will have to wake up for pee

if you remember a dream twice and more-> two facts to consider

1. The map

2. Where it stuck/stop

Caution/Warning

If in the middle of a dream you make to be clear/ mi-lucid, it is possible that the sequence is repeated endlessly until time as you can imagine the events without trying to control

true example: I was on the last boat of the humanity, it was the end of the world, the bottom floors were immersed by water, my goal was to reach the roof

I was stuck between passing a door and another to return to the first endlessy

Solution:

I let the flooding contact me and I followed the stream of water

I reached the top of the roof of the boat

fyi what happens after

I brought guns and were killing zombies that were trying to reach us

if you are patient you will control your dreams at 90%

True stuff, and maybe we will meet in astral travel <- can't control yet

When I wanted to lucid dream, I woke myself up 4 and a half hours after going to sleep. I'd try to remember the setting of my dream, and I'd just visualize myself and immerse myself in it while falling back asleep. After about a week, I was having regular lucid dreams.

i dont believe you. its pretty difficult to get regular lucid dreams. it took me pretty much all summer last year to learn how and youre saying you can do it most nights after trying seven times?

dreaming doesnt take away from actually rest. in fact 'actual rest' is the only rest during which you DO dream. you dream during rem sleep which is the only type of sleep you need to feel rested
