So i DLed 5.0.0 and it says its a BBFW file not a IPSW file.. What do i do?

I'm running 5.01. Jailbreak has been running smoothly since release. Goto jailbreakme.com
Download the latest redsn0w and follow the steps provided. It is still in the beta stages but works 100%. Only on the iPhone 4 and older.
