the 'survival guide' on the site is extremely weak, I dont see a few gallons of water and food saving anyone, apparently the CDC has never even seen a zombie scenario

I met the mathematician from the University of Toronto who published a paper about a zombie apocalypse, and concluded that the only way for humanity to survive is to counter repeatedly with increasing amounts of force, killing more and more zombies every single day. Every other scenario ended with zombies winning, or (at best) humanity coexisting with zombies, but that situation only arose if a cure were found early.
