If I build a big mirror in space, 10 lightyears from earth and I took took a telescope and looked at the mirror, would I see myself 20 years older?

Would possibly be impossible to pull off, but in theory it should work, right? ^_^

Assuming you, the Earth, and the mirror all stayed still relative to each other for twenty years, then at the end of the twenty years you would see yourself as you were at the start of the 20-year time period. Future you would see yourself as you were twenty years in the past, while past you would see stars (behind where the mirror was placed) for ten years and then whatever was on your exact spot on Earth before you got there for ten years.

Just for the record: Taking a picture and putting it in a box for twenty years before you look at it would be a lot cheaper.

The more you know!!!

Oh, and what Benther said :3

That made me confused.. I mean, what would I see, the second I looked through the telescope and saw the reflection in the mirror?

You wouldn't see the images you wanted for 20 years. You might see some imagery from reflected light sooner then that from other sources, but you wouldn't see yourself.

By your model, it would take approximately ten years for the light from your position to reach the mirror and another ten years before it reflected back to you.

The instant you looked through the telescope,

Of course, it's all about light and it's velocity.

Thanks
