Or Concentration. Does anyone have experiences with these substances ? I'm particularly interested in potassium because I could buy that without having to go to a doctor. Thanks. :)

depends on your potassium levels i would have to say. from a quick search, deficiencies could lead to decrease in critical thinking and memory loss. you could just always take a multivitamin if you arent already or even just take a supplemental potassium based vitamin.

vouch evthing except for the multivitamin.

eating a big banana once a day is a more reliable source & the FDA harshly limits KCl in multivitamins because its lethal at extremely high doses

i wouldn't touch drugs to improve your thinking/memory, but i know adderall does wonders for people with disorders/focus problems.

ya forgot about directly from diet would be better source. so ya, if you can get it through diet i would agree with endless. personally, i hate bananas ;'/ but i also used to take a multivitamin and it made me sick.

i believe theres a new adderall like drug that is supposed to be much better, cant recall name though. i personally have focus problems but im not sure if they are bad enough to require drugs. ive never made it through a college class without being on my ipod for over 10 minutes or doing puzzles.
