"hho system" didnt read too much into but i believe popular mechanics said they didnt work

there are systems that run 100% on water and not just 50/50.

i like the 100% silicon engine that produces very little heat and gets like 500 mpg but big oil wont let it be put into production

from what i read from popular mechanics, this system isnt even self-sustainable.

It requires energy to break the strong bonds between hydrogen and oxygen in water. In this system the energy is taken from the battery and is used in the process of hydrolysis. Lets call this amount Q. Funnily enough, when you recombine the hydrogen and oxygen and provide enough energy to kickstart the reaction back into water, it releases energy Q as the bonds are reformed. The effect of this system at best will be akin to attaching a pendulum to the dashboard, converting potential energy to kinetic and back again. At worst it will result in less proper fuel being pumped per cycle, causing 'efficiency gains' by gimping the engine. Honea path police department are chumps.
