figure maybe you guys might have a little input on my problem as my isp provider telus seems to be useless at fixing it. started having problems with my internet around the renovation time and hasnt been able to fix it. all cords plugged in right places with good connection no loose cords. one day the internet works fine, wake up the next and nothing changed the modem internet/dsl lights are on but neither wired or wireless comps have internet. sometimes the reboot works sometimes it doesnt..lights come on internet/dsl and no internet..then when it does work i usually get 5-10 mins of internet before it stops working forcing me to reset the modem again for another 5 mins. called isp provider and at first they thought it was my modem so they sent me a new one but still have the problem
one guy in vent was saying he had a problem where it would kick him off and said his isp was amping up the internet to much to handle or something.. any insights?
