No its not for power lines... it will strip just about any size and shape depending on the feed weel.. i can lathe any size feed weel plastic, alluminum or steel.

my wife said the same thing... and that is what alot of my customers use it for!!

ya seems really useful for a recycling plant. large gauge insulated wires are a pain in the ass to strip ><

i sold 1 to a guy that builds cell phone towers and he strips the xtra 1 3/4'' insulated coax cable to sell the copper core...he strips 300' runs with it
