In this thread, i would like to address the differences weed has brought to your life.
I am not here to praise weed, and speak for legalization. I want to know, what GOOD, marijuana has done in your life.
For those, who are obviously pot illiterate. I want to shed some light for them to open up a new door to what happens when people smoke it and it brings only good to their lives.

My testimony:

I was your average division 1 university bound football players. Partying getting drunk fucking bitches as much as I could.
I broke my ankle ending my sports career and began to smoke pot as i sat around the house in boredom.
Since then, I have been interested in school and i began writing my own book.
I am going to be a History major, and probably never leave school again. Knowledge is power. :hail:
I clean my whole house from the bathroom to my room to the kitchen and living room, while I'm high.
I have grown to appreciate lots of different things that I once thought were stupid. (classical music, politics, you know.. old people stuff)
On the topic of appreciation, I appreciate people, especially woman more. I haven't had a hook up in years and decided to settle down and be mature about things.
I engage in debates and state my opinion with co-workers, not to mention when I started smoking I joined the workforce and began paying for my own things.

The list can go on and on about the ways marijuana has affected my life.
Oh, and I'm not addicted, I have learned to control how I use weed and how often.
I smoke no more than twice a month if I'm lucky to do it that much..

Cannibus is marvelous, it just takes will power to overcome the lust.. I wish I could share this with more people but anyone I know in real life would probably disown me or judge me wrongly.

I want to know, how it has positively affected your lives. :)

you're probably the only one on this forum that uses but doesn't make it into some glamorous lifestyle thats better than everything else.

haven't smoked since i was 18 and came to the realization that it simply wasn't worth going to jail or hindering my adult life down the line.

as for positives it is a good stress reliever and since i was a teen it seems like everything caused stress lol.

Quote from limitless "I was blind, but now i see". Weed's changed my life for the better because i'm always thinking in the NOW. Which i find people have a really hard time doing.. I don't smoke everyday and weed by no means has made me any dumber in the past 2 years of smoking it very reguarly.

Since i've started smoking:

1. I've gotton 3 raises at my Job including 1 promotion, and still moving forward.
2. 5 classes away from my AA in Business and plan to keep moving forward.
3. Active in the gym and physical fitness is up
4. Become a bit more reclusive and not wanting to go out at nights, but don't waste the time eating or any such thing. I usually sit outside and wonder about how life is all interconnected with other life and how i wish things could be different and everyone could be open and friendly.
5. As Tummy stated; i too find the drive to want to clean the house and get up and do things i'd normally be not interested in doing

There's more things i just figure these are the best to list. Weed has for no reason become a "roadblock" in my life, or has made me more stupid or forgetful or lazy in anyway. Most people have very common misconceptions about weed because they read bogus facts and bullshit articles by ignorant uneducated people(Or just simply don't have the facts)

I'm sure it's not the weed that's directly accountable for your successes. You have grown up, matured, and are responsible enough to not let weed take control of your life if you smoked it everyday. Don't thank marijuana for anything you have or will accomplish, that would simply be wasted praise.

When I have it i will smoke daily and have for the last couple years. Only negative thing i can think of is not being able to pass a drug test. Positively it helped me through a bout of depression and helps with my headaches.
