Okay, I am being tested this upcoming thursday, and was wondering if I'd likely pass if the last time i smoked was the 13th... :(

That depends partially on your body fat percentage. Since THC stores itself in fat, if you don't have much fat in your body, then it doesn't stay in your system as long.

There are other things you can do to give a false negative (like drinking tons of water, or I think there might be some method involving cranberry juice?) but modern drug tests can detect over-hydration and gimmicks like that.

In any case, do NOT celebrate your drug test by going out to smoke. My dad used to give drug tests when he director of occupational medicine at a hospital, and there was one time where the lab messed up one of the guy's samples, and he had to come in for a re-test and failed spectacularly.

Also, depending on your state, there are laws that allow random drug tests at any time during employment, or mandatory drug tests if your supervisor suspects you of using.

depends how much and how often you smoked before hand. if your were out of your fucking tree for the previous 3 months you dont have a hope in hell, if your smoked a joint once a week you should be ok.

Gatorade + B-Complex vitamins.

I passed a drug test with 3 days notice using this combo. And I was smoking like a champ back in those days.

30 + mins low intensity cardio or high intensity cardio for as long as possible. drink cofee or get caffeine in your body pre workout and drink lots of water
