Ive heard that say you had a black man generations back in your family
and you and your wife/ husband are both white it's possible for you to have a black child?

It sounds like it'd be incredibly unlikely. Are you hoping it's true though because you yourself just had a black baby and aren't sure you're actually the father?

haha nah man i haven't recently had a black child. Just heard of throwback gene somewhere along the lines and curious about it.

real life trolling...almost sounds legit until you realize your wife keeps insisting on hiring the same black guy to mow the lawn.

Yep. My cousin looks white, and married a white man, but one of her sons would definitely pass as a person of African decent. More than pass as, hes definitely black. Her father is black (Kevin Garnett black) so thats explains it. I'm skeptical about this that 2 white people without recent black ancestry can have a black child, more likely because the mother cheated and she'll never admit it. Though I suppose it's possible.

the way the story is told is basically a gene fomr 6+ generations prior suddenly becomes the most dominant gene of all and takes over everything. troll logic at its finest

I think it's more along the lines that a black gene that didn't express itself survived 6 generations by pure chance and then it met up with another similar gene in the opposite parent, so that there were two Black Genes in the offspring.

my dad is full black, and i look white. my mom is white.

people never guess that im black until i tell them or somebody that already knew told them.
i could technically have a baby that is darker than my dad.

so basically you're more likely to arm wrestle a commercial jet liner than for this to happen in reality? also it looks like this theory came into being long before the days of dna test so it still sounds like a lie based on its origins.
