its not an easy concept to understand. i'd compare it to differential calculus. neither this concept or calculus is straightfoward/conventional at all, but once you understand it, it will strengthen and agree with many things you've always known to be true through experience but could never collect in words

it can be easy sometimes it depends on the person and where theyre as far as viewing things go. :P
