Practically every element has a liquid form if you cool it enough. Liquid Helium, for example, exists around 4 Kelvin IIRC.

Mercury is a metal.
All elements have melting points, so if you just wipe all the metals off the table of elements, there's lots to choose from. Sulphur, Phosphorus, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Carbon, etc.
