Yea so I'm not really for all this concern about global warming and all that
Also don't believe that humans are the #1 cause of it
But everywhere I look, I see all kinds of evidence and stuff suggesting it's really happening

So what I wanna know is, aside from all the opinions from randoms, is there actually any real studies or evidence against it?

Forget the four out of five dentists who recommend Trident…. Try the 97 out of 100 scientists that believe in man-made climate change.

This data comes from a new survey out this week in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

The study found that 97 percent of scientific experts agree that climate change is "very likely" caused mainly by human activity.

The report is based on questions posed to 1,372 scientists. Nearly all the experts agreed that it is "very likely that anthropogenic greenhouse gases have been responsible for most of the unequivocal warming of the Earth's average global temperature in the second half of the twentieth century."

Click here for an interactive graphic that shows how global warming occurs.

As for the 3 percent of scientists who remain unconvinced, the study found their average expertise is far below that of their colleagues, as measured by publication and citation rates.

In the study, the authors wrote: "This extensive analysis of the mainstream versus skeptical/contrarian researchers suggests a strong role for considering expert credibility in the relative weight of and attention to these groups of researchers in future discussions in media, policy, and public forums regarding anthropogenic climate change."

The study authors were William R.L. Anderegg, James W. Prall, Jacob Harold and Stephen H. Schneider.

The report comes as the Earth continues to sizzle in 2010. So far, through May, 2010 is the warmest year ever recorded, according to the National Climatic Data Center.

I'm sure you can find some sources somewhere that try to imply that humans aren't the primary source of it, but I don't think it would be wise to adopt that view.

Global warming is natural but we accelerate it, and yes we are the #1 reason for this acceleration

Bigger extremes. So basically its not just global warming but global cooling too. Basically overall climate screwing up.

Look at Mars for example, hot as hell during the day, -500 degrees at night.

I'd like to know who the 3% are and their reasons if possible ^_^
All I can find by Googling are randoms writing blogs and stating their opinions without any kind of evidence that's backed up

And forget the second line I wrote, I just think there are better things to be concerned about right now
Imo if it's really happening then we're in too deep already and there's nothing we can do :)

Wikipedia has adequate citations, at least on that page. If you're questioning the validity of something, then check the citation.

yea global warming is natural, also there is someting that people tend to forget, since the creation on the earth, we could only see ice on the earth 1,5billions years in total and the earth is 4,5billions years old. So, we can say that global warming is natural and it won't kill us.
