Was that the nazi guy who tried remote sterilization with radiation under the table?

no he was the guy trying to create the master race by sterilizing jews, twins, dwarfs, and more
his experiments consisted of poisin, freezing temperateure, and salt water.
I believe that without him we wouldnt be as far in medical technology, even though his experiments were harsh.

same guy that forced incest birth to study the results right?

i did a report over death camps and nazi medical experiments in junior high and i'm just assuming its the same guy because i don't remember specific names. it was something along the lines of making twins have babies to see what would happen and stuff like that.
