my friend have a 5years old boy and have him watch college level education..
is that okay? will it influence the boy to learn things far beyond what he suppose to learn first in middle school at his age?

the kid does go to school everyday and learn things from school just like the normal 5 year old kids would..
but when he comes home, he'll watch atleast 1-2 hours of videos about science, math, and astrology...
then back to his school/home works..

i dont think it works as well as you might hope. i dont think he comprehends most of the things hes watching. you should give him tests to see what hes actually comprehending.

This.

I sincerely doubt he understands any of it.

The best thing you can do to try to get your child on an intellectual fast-track is to teach them to read when they're a baby (flash cards and other methods). You then let them read books and stuff (relatively age appropriate still), and teach them a little basic math.

What this can do is propel them up several grade levels in testing when they are ready for school and set them on a path to graduate high school when they're 15-16.
