A quick model in solidworks makes it to be 3.34552 kg, or in terms of volume, 2.356 liters of PET. That's the materials cost, which should amount to a few dollars. As for the construction, I'd steer away from injection molding for a one off. There's a reason all the places want to make lots of an item, the majority of the work goes into making the mold, after that they can blast them out in around 30 seconds. It's not possible to build it in the same manner a (rectangular) fish tank is built, with sheets of material bound by a strong waterproof glue?
it will hold around 1000L
and must be clear PET, is sheet possible to hold that?
at a rectangular shape, I just need to know a method able to make something like that
