How do the people that wrote that piece of paper know what they will know or not?
What makes you believe that they will know that hydrogen has one proton??

From that kind of delusional assumptions I can guarantee you this whole argumentation is false and is based on someones pure imagination that decided to write a once upon a time story.

I understand what you're trying to say, but the point is that even south park comes closer to the truth than this.
But thanks anyway. You could also had posted this in General Chat sine its more of a comics than anything else :)

Can you not understand that based off of intuition about the advancements required to locate and travel to another planet with life (us) which would likely place them eons ahead of our understanding that it would be more than safe to assume they would understand basic science, though?

What makes you think there is such a thing as science to them?
Have you actually tried to imagine all the possibilities there are?
Maybe theres no hydrogen in their planets, maybe theres 100% of unknown elements to us.
It could be TOTALLY different, and maybe if we had the same elements as they have in their planets we could create spaceships to travel at 99.9% light speed.
Maybe the light speed is not even light speed to them, maybe theres something faster than the light speed.
Maybe they use teleportation, or even their mind to do things.
Theres an infinite of possibilities.

In that piece of paper theres NOTHING other than what we do know and learned on earth. What is earth in between the millions of billions of systems that there are in the universe??
Cmon, you gotta step out of the box ;)

Also, every other sentence or theory or assumption you may listen to on this planet about what life is, IS WRONG.
NO ONE can say such an illiterate comment as: "Oh the only way for life to happen is this BLABLABLABLA" .. that is pure delusional.
Everyone on this planet speaks out of their ass according to what their minds are able to understand.
They collect knowledge from all around this planet and connect it to their imagination, creativity and intelligence to analyze it and conclude stuff.
But whatever they might come up with theres no way you can apply it to the entire universe, THEY DONT KNOW, how the hell they're gonna stamp an idea if they dont have a clue of whats going on?
Humans only know life as you know it, its a plain concept with a name. But in other planets and other parts of this universe there might be life WITHOUT O2 (as a very simple example)
So what Im saying if anything all is, dont bring me the bs of: "Oh you need hydrogen to live, so they know it"

Other planets aren't completely different universes. If an alien species is advanced enough to travel through space, they have science and mathematics. If they didn't they A: wouldn't be able to make a space ship, and B: would have to have no curiosity and so wouldn't be exploring anyway.

This chart relies on basic facts of the universe. Hydrogen is everywhere. There are billions of stars, and every single one has hydrogen in it. Hydrogen was the first element to be created, and all the heavier elements were made out of the fusion of hydrogen in stars. There's no such thing as '100% different elements'. We know the structure of, and have a name for, every element that occurs naturally. The ones that don't occur naturally split apart as soon as we make them. Odds are any alien life is going to be carbon based, due to the fact it can form long chains. Any other element (except maybe silicon) and you can't get biology. This isn't some kind of wanton speculation or projection of earth's biosphere onto foreign planets, this is physical fact, constant throughout the universe. A right angled triangle always has the hypoteneuse equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sides. This doesn't change, anywhere. The speed of light in a vacuum doesn't change planet to planet.

If these things aren't constant, how the hell do they survive coming in to our planet? If rudimentary geometry is different, then their bodies would rip themselves apart as soon as they came within some kind of imaginary sphere you seem to think exists around earth at which everything changes.
