i could see how its possible. most things if not everything is massless in that all subatomic particals are made up photons. if gravity is just a relationship between the elctro-magnetic charges between objects then seems like it would be possible to defy gravity by manipulating an objects charge to neutralize or reverse the force of gravity between an object and earth.

i think its all about energy and vibration. Everything in the universe is composed of energy vibrating at different frequencies. To us this world appears solid but its just an illusion because we vibrate at a similiar frequency. We are comprised of atoms which are mostly empty, and the subatomic particles that do inhabit the atom are comprised of massless and immaterial particles able to exist as particles or waves. All of them mystify people because there is no evidence of technology being used and many of them would be a challenge to create with modern technology. I think ancient peoples had the ability to accomplish these things by "spiritual" means. These people or the earth altogether may have vibrated at a higher frequency and were able to energetically manipulate these immense and dense objects.
