not sure if this is the right place for this question but w/e..
if you don't drink enough water on a daily basis would it make it easier for your muscles to cramp? like when you flex and after you stop it cramps.
sorry if you don't understand the question if you don't just ask and ill try and clarify.

yeah hydration is an important mediator for just about everything in the body. Elasticity, enegry production, digestion, pooping, etc etc. So obviously being properly hydrated goes a long way, not just for muscle cramps

Yes. When I don't hydrate and go on runs I cramp up alot.
