id like to try it. my friend told me about his and his friends experiences on it. It supposedly activates your 3rd eye so you can percieve higher dimensional realms of reality and project your consiousness out of your body. He said his friend became his goldfish during his trip. I dont think anything is a good or bad thing. Really depends on how its used. If you have bad feeling before using it or use it too much it could be bad, but if you use it with respect it's suppose to be a really spiritually enlightening experience. In south america they give it to babies as part of their religion because they believe it connects you to god. I would try it because its natural and your pineal gland naturally produces it. i havn't tried it cuz its hard to find and expensive

theres a lot of cool information about it. i even heard that is part of the true story of St. Nikolas (santa clause). The story i heard said he was a shaman and used these bright red dmt mushrooms with white spots and would dry them on a pine tree. (Which explains why we put shiny ornaments on trees on xmas, also pine trees represent the pineal gland which is your 3rd eye) He lived in a yurt and in the winter time the snow would block the front door so he would have to go in through an entrance on the top (explaining why santa goes through ur chimney and not the front door like a sane person) Christmas is suppose to be a way to raise your consiousness to become closer to god, but todays tradition does the opposite by focusing on the material world through gifts.

Are you talking about Amanitas Muscaria? Because the active ingredient in them isn't DMT
Its "Ibotenic Acid" which is slightly poisonous and is considered a poison, but when it is heated enough, it is converted to "Muscimol" which also happens in your stomach if you eat them raw, but you can get pretty sick, and its just uncomfortable.
I'm not promoting it though, I don't do that sort of thing anymore, you're better off not to.
But thats probably what you were thinking of, unless there is some sort of mushroom that contains large amounts of DMT, though I doubt it.
