What do you mean? The X data keeps plotting on the Y axis and vice versa? Right click the Series on the graph that is formed and click Select Data. Copy what you see in the X data line and paste it into Notepad (the program). Copy what you see in the Y data line and then paste it into the X data line. Re-copy from Notepad and paste that in the Y axis data line.
