Stealth planes are painted black so you can't see them easily at night (check) and they're shaped so they leave as small a blip on radar as possible. The black paint is usually a type that absorbs radio waves as well so as to reflect even fewer back than it would by shape alone.
Last time I heard (~5 years?) a US stealth bomber registered about as big as a seagull would on radar.
