I'm a photographer and I've been very interested in creating a trigger for my camera, however, I have no clue what to do on the circuit board.. The main form of trigger I would like is a laser trip or something similar. I would just buy a Time Machine, but I'm not up for dropping around $400 for that.

If anyone is willing to try and figure this out I'd be willing to pay some FG assuming that it functions.

i lazer trigger as in what garage door openers use?

what kind of camera are you running this to, if its not a high end model why not use a cuddeback, or something similar? (or just use the parts needed from one; ie, the sensor)

.... First off, last time I checked garage door openers usually use radio frequencies and therefore are nothing of what I need.. Second, a trailcam is not going to help me in this endeavor in any way shape or form.

Right, and the lasers at the foot of the garage door that trigger the door to open arent what you're looking for. Also, i wasnt suggesting you straight up use a field cam, i was suggesting using components. Bite your tongue next time you decide to be bitter you fuck head, i was trying to find out what you were looking for because you're being pretty fucking vague.
