I was thinking that I would need an external HD, then I thought, 'I have a SD card slot in my comp'.
-Which would mean faster transfers right?
-But can I put movies/tv shows/etc on a SD card and play them directly off of it?
-Would it need to be a high quility sd card, or high class one to keep the quality?

Or, maybe I should just get an external HD since I will need the space for editing hd video and to back up the rest of my comp..

Ok, I think I will. But are there any specific reasons why I shouldnt go sd?
