Can anyone help me with Marx's idea of commodity fetishism and social emulation. i need to write a paper on a couple of concepts of consumption and i dont feel like picking both of these because it seems as though social emulation is almost a branch of commodity fetishism. am i right in saying that and if i discuss commodity fetishism does that mean i should tie social emulation into it as just a part of commodity fetishism.

any help here would be great.
