I want to invest on U.S., by openning a company. More likely a bar or a restaurant.

Could someone advice me on where/how/what to do to avoid most taxes as I can?

I'm not trying to cheat the fiscal law, just trying to avoid taxes on the boundaries of u.s. tax laws.
