Iiight, so i went to a carshow today and i wanted to take a few of the pictures and make them into a .gif wall paper for my phone, it is able to use them but idk how to get the files from .JPEG > .GIF file and not have the image look likea .JPEG when i upload it on my phone.. if someone knows of a website that can help me out please or some way to upload the .GIF file and use it as a wall paper for my phone ISO QQ ANSWERR =)D

got a microsd chip or a cable to connect phone to computer? if so just save the file directly to phone, in a proper folder, then you can set it as your background for your phone. pm if you need help yet. can also probably bluetooth it to your phone as well
