Last night me and my girlfriend were abot to fall asleep, I remember I was laid on my back and her head was on my chest, we both had our eyes closed and I remember I was dreaming but we were talking to eachother. It was a very fluid conversation but when she asked me something that asked me to think, I "woke up" and I didn't remember any of our conversation. I asked her and she "woke up" too and she didn't remember our conversation but we both knew we were talking. What the fuck is this called? It was fucking awesome to "sleep" and "dream" while tlaking to my girlfriend, lol.

Was that the only time you've experienced this?

It is more like lucid dreaming.

lucid dreaming is being aware you are dreaming. this guy was talking while he was dreaming and not necessarily aware he was dreaming ...

I was aware that I was dreaming and I was aware I ahd a conversation with her too.

i think this happened to me once. my buddy was sleeping on a futon next to me and i woke up in the middle of the night and he was just talking and i was so confused. i dont remember it exactly but I remember feeling like we were having a similar dream/sensation. i just went back to bed not really thinking too much of it
