Description:
A how to on three types of meditation.
Talk of your experiences.
Now, I've constantly practiced three types of meditation.
1- Chi meditation.
2- Cannabis induced meditation.
3- Lucid dreaming meditation.
Now I find these three things fascinating.
The way the Chi meditation works is this:
Must have crossed legs, silent room, straight back, closed eyes, relaxed, and maintain a breathing rhythm of 3 seconds in, 3 seconds hold, 3 seconds exhale, 3 seconds hold, repeat that until it becomes an automatic state of being.
Now, there are 4 different entities you can invision for your Chi. I prefer natural forests, for the Earth Chi. That is, while following the breathing standard, envision absolutely nothing man-made at all, or your Chi will fail. Go through a routine of things to envision. Trees, forest floors, the sound of wind in the trees, the touch of grass and the tickle of brush in misty highlands in a remote and undiscovered area, perhaps.
For your Water Chi, think of heavy rains, powerful storms, the sea, a beautiful waterfall, or perhaps a creek. (you can also amplify this Chi, along with Earth Chi, by meditating in a forest, or meditating near a creek or river.)
For Fire Chi, you'll want heavily envision any volcano, forest fire, or lightning. Keep away from envisioning a camp fire or candles, because those are man-made.
For your wind/air Chi, you're most likely going to want to sit somewhere with the sound of wind, perhaps high on a mountain away from any civilization, listen to the wind, and imagine you're in the great clouds, and that YOU are the wind.
Now, this Chi meditation works without the influence of any hallucigenic substance. BUT, it can be amplified a substantial amount by using cannabinoids. I have a green card for medical marijuana, so it is a legal option for me. And depending on where you live, you may be able to obtain an amount to use for your meditation. Basically, it is a more lucid meditation. You will be able to see the natural things you are thinking of without actually being there, and with great practice you will be able to feel, hear, and taste things in your meditation.
And finally, Lucid dreaming, this is how it's done:
You must, MUST, MUUUST, lay on your back with your arms crossed on your chest. You must keep your eyes shut and relax, and try not to focus on any memories or thoughts that you would be having at the time, which will make the lucid dream disappear. Let the phosphene's in your vision morph together and flow without disruption. And you MUST MUST MUUUUUUST not move, at all, nothing. You must not twitch, you must not itch yourself, you must resist the urge of ANY MOVEMENT, because the resisting urge will contribute to what phosphenes you'll see. The greater you resist the urge, the more lucid and exciting your visions will become. Eventually, if done right, you'll get a ringing in your ears, this is because you have been resisting the urge to move very strongly, and your mind is going into an alternative state.
With daily practice, since you must lay perfectly still for a minimum of 15 minutes, you will eventually be able to harness and distort the phosphenes that you are seeing. And if mastered, you will be able to do anything in the world behind your eyelids.
