Well I was reading there, and if you can't get a window ac unit where you live, you can make one.

With a fan
1/4 vinyl tubing x 3ft
1/4 copper tubing x 10 ft
A small pond pump.
A styrofoam container
Zipties

Then wrapping the copper tubing around of the back of the fan, then securely tighten it down with zipties and cut them off.
Attatching it to the vinyl tubing running to the container where ice water is located and creating a cycle with the tubes.

Now would this copper tubing idea work and drop my room tempature from 90 something degree's down to about 75-80 ?

It would cool the air yes, but idk if the temperature difference would be that great. It couldn't hurt imo.

Well if you read the link and watch the video, it shows some college kids made it in their dorm when it was too hot.

it said it cooled their living room of 200sq ft.
which is a pretty decent sized room

any bit helps though
