2 computeres in my house. My sister watches youtube videos all day while I'm trying not to die in HC while getting 400 ping constantly. How can I set up her comp so she gets a max bandwidth of 50kbps or something.

help?

if your sister streaming yt makes your d2 games laggy i think its time for a update in isp
