I'm looking for the same thing, but phone plans change every week or few weeks here, so I'm waiting till I see a really good deal then I'll swoop in on it. As for phone brand they all have their problems I personally only go with Nokia I'm gonna get the N97 but I'm sure something better will come along few months after I get it lol, thats just how technology works
Do not go with anything Apple though is all I can say.
