if it is a possible way to keep the body fresh, yeah i think it could be, thou the dead body will decay and tottaly collapsed fast enough.

I assume its not about DNA and genetic but its about engineering, most likely it will be something like a robot i guess than a ''zombie''

Either way, the brain must be fresh and not dead, para-nerve surgery to keep nerves alive so the brain would be able to send ''orders'' to the rest of the broken body parts

yes but this is "engineering" a zombie. It won't have a virus/infection with it so no one would get infected.

Pretty sure it is definitely possible for a virus to mutate into something resembling a zombie outbreak though.
