Here comes my question :

men and /or a women have a child , and their parents have been in good shape by training hard often during is life , starting at like 17-18 and now hes 32 ( aprox , and it'"s is just an example)

So i was wondering does their child will come with a natural shape when hes gonna grow up , since their parents have been doing it starting at 17

But if you dont understand , well you can pm me , ill try to ellaborate , or it might help a little bit more if you are French , but please try to answer :P

life choices don't really dictate the genes you pass on.

Genes > how your parents live.

This may show correlation, but there is no causal relation between these.
It's an environmental factor affecting the development of the child, which would explain the first point.

You can't change your genes. Working out isn't improving your genetic code.

I'll give an example:

If two legless people (all legs lost in an accident during childhood, for instance) have sex and produce a child. Will this child be born legless?
