I believe--however I am not 100% positive--that it is a directory encrypted with a 3rd party application(Truecrypt, Cryptainer, PGP, etc.). Inside of that is a file that was encrypted by a different tool.

As stated in previous posts I am very appreciative of people who help me out with this kind of stuff., the value and detail of the results determining the compensation.
