I want to play D2 at my university but one or two of the ports required is blocked. I can get on bnet and into channels but always fail to join games. I have the ports that would need opening if that helps, but if there a way to get around blocked ports?

What about..is it possible to forward my connection to a nearby wifi (only ~50-100 yards out of range). It's school provided and not blcoked, just doesn't reach my room.

Would a signal receiver booster work?
