Pretty cool shit, my mom ought to finally be able to get broadband so that her and I can skype and she can whine less about how she misses her baby boy.

The somewhat ironic part is that there's a big fiberoptic pipe that runs directly across the street from her property connecting the nearest large(ish) city to a smaller city about 20 miles away. All they'd have to do is put in a splitter (something I realize is not -precisely- trivial) and she'd have the fastest internet in the Valley. :P
