what happens when you die? where do you go?

Your body is decomposed and separated by chemical means. 'You' are not you. What's left of you is the matter your body was made of, and that goes to trillions of different places. What was 'You' ceases to exist. In my eyes, Death is a perfect process that is explained by the Law of Conversation of Matter and Energy.

does your mind go anywhere?? or is dying just like what it was like before you were born? just blankness

depends on your religious stand point. i personally believe when you die, you just simply cease to exist so ya blankness.

why would you want that to happen? i hope something cool happens like i feel like im just on a huge adventure with everything beautiful and perfect

I agree. It's like going to sleep without dreaming and you cease to exist thereafter. Difficult concept to grasp, the whole nothingness. Most people are too selfish to think of this as being possible, that something like that could happen to their almighty consciousness. Some people, for this reason, prefer to think they are going to live in heaven where everything is perfect forever.

It's always EASIER to believe something that you WANT to believe. Something that gives you an answer and makes everything all right.


These are my views, there are many others... I feel mine is fairly rational based on what has been proven thus far scientifically.
