I been trying to eat healthier and get my six pack back. I been eating a lot of tuna sandwiches lately. You have to add mayonnaise to it usually so its not dry. Tuna doesn't have fat but cholesterol but mayonase has both. What can I use that would help me better then mayonnaise?
Sorry if this is wrong spot but this is the nature science whatever. So maybe its right. lol.

Cooking it? I think that would just make it nastier.

fat is good mate. if u deprive yoursellf of it, your body will store more. you should use mayonaise with your tuna, but more importantly, you should mix up what you eat. eventually youtr gonna get bored of tuna lol

Yeah, you do have to have some fat in your diet. Trust me, there was like a two week period where I didn't have any because I was poor and just eating the fuck out of squash and broccoli from the local farmer's market in Sacramento - ended up constipated for nearly a week and contemplating suicide just so that my bowels would release and I could finally shit.

But I have to agree with Grippster, the best diet for weight loss is a diverse diet. Focusing on one or two easy things is easier, but it's certainly not going to get you to a six pack very quickly.

I didnt have to worry about what I ate about 3 years ago back in high school, but I want it as soon as possible. Summer is almost here I have not done anything for my first summer of college. I want to this time But, want it back. What do you suggest for a really quick six pack then? Like, what would help more?

imo the best thing i ever did for ab work out would have to be 8 minute abs.

basically, we had 16 different types of ab exercises, each of them being 30 seconds. ie 30 seconds of normal sit ups, 30 seconds of leg lifts, etc. No break in between either. just 8 minutes straight. you can vary the time limit by the # of exercises or repeating some that you feel target the areas of interest.

in addition if you want to go even further, go for a few mile run

You can't get a 6pack 'quick' it takes work, and it is mainly about working out, the food helps but doesn't give you a 6pack. Just eat healthy, work out. You don't need to restrict yourself to 1 food there is plenty of healthy foods that you can eat. Just google: Foods to eat when trying to get 6pack - or something similiar, ignore most of the sites and try to find 1 you have heard of.
