I know this is a little off topic of science and technology but i just have some questions and i was wondering if anyone could answer them.Im trying to get some answers without having to go to the doctor.

Ok my fiance has this pain in her left side. She only gets it at night. She'll get this really bad pain in her left side and she'll pass out.She only gets the pain at night it doesnt hurt her when you touch her side or anything like that. When she does pass out its hard for me to wake her up.So i usually have to wait until she wakes up on her own which is anywhere between 15-30 mins. What do you think is wrong?

About a year ago i was hit in the back with a pipe and since then my back will bother me.If i stand to long or when im standing washing dishes between my shoulder blades will hurt.Do you think that being hit caused some serious damage?

I was also born with a hole in my heart also called a heart murmur. For about a year or two i have been getting this weird feeling sometimes in my chest. It feels like my heart is skipping beats or isnt beating right. What do you think is worng?

If you could answer any of these questions without a smart ass answer then that would be great.

This. Even if somebody was a doctor here and they tell you whats wrong, it's not gonna do shit to fix it unless you go see one in person. If you don't got insurance.. try a trip to Canada or somethin. Or Cuba, I hear they've got good health care.

Your wife may be diabetic or has low blood pressure (possibilities, I'm not a doctor... And listen to everyone who has up to this point who said go to a doctor.)

Back problems are going to happen from blunt force, yeah... You probably need physical therapy

I have the same heartbeat feeling, I know what you mean... I dunno if I have a murmur though :/. Best advice is stay away from energy drinks, caffienes, and other stimulants... Those tend to give me bad palpitations (which sounds like what you're experiencing)
Exercise is your friend, don't over do it...Something light. Get in some sort of cardio routine.

Like I said, not a doctor... Probably not much help... But I hope it gives some perspective, and you go to a doctor

This.

now im not being a smartass or nothing but look at this logically with some common sense.

1. ur fiance is experiencing a symptom that can be caused by MANY MANY things so no1 here can accurately tell you whats wrong even if they are a doctor due to the lack of details.

2. yes, chances are you have suffered some kind of injuries to ur back and that should have been checked out last year. either that or ur aging.

3. i actually know a friend who got that heart murmur thing and he said the same thing as you did about his heart skipping a beat and shit. he told me his doctor said it wasnt unsual and that he should be so vigorous with cardio. but look at number four and dont take my word for it.

4. Needless to say...
- i am not a doctor
- go see a doctor
- spending a little money would be better than having a bad life for u or ur fiance
- good luck
