You can't intentionally 'induce' it, not that I'm aware of.
But I've had it happen once in the past 2 years, actually...

Probably one of the worst life experiences I've ever had too.

I believe using opiates, can and will induce it. not That im saying you SHOULD but when I always used to use oxycontin, that sleep shit would ALWAYS happen to me... I'd say atleast 3 times a week. and WHy you would WANT this to happen to you is beyond me... it's kind of scary...
