I'm interested in buying a new camcorder (price range around $1000 - $1200)

key things i'm looking for:

high quality videos
high quality still pictures
must be highly portable
it has to look nice as well

Some sony's with hdd are nice
full hd video
4megapixels photos

tho they arnt as portable as the some Flip

fuck a flip. The new Sony hdd are the way to go. the Carl zeiss lens makes the quality to much better than any other camcorder on the market. The new ones are very portable and have 10 mp sensors for still photos.
