its small, black and has 2 wide verticall stripes on its stinger

i cant seem to find it anywhere on the net or in books. im trying to carefully get a picture of it atm.

there nesting underground, and i noticed them a few months after i found a huge honey bee(affricanized) nested up with about 5 wood wasps. im thinking it might be a hybrid bee/wasp offspring.

im not going to be able to get a pic very easy, there pretty aggressive and im not going to risk getting stung.
i searched the web for endless hours and made some calls, and i cant find any info on a bee with this discription or anything simular.
if anyone can find a pic of a small, black, bee/wasp with virtical yellow lines on the stinger, i'll pay fg for it.
amount depending on the info u got with the pic.

and i want some serious info only, i got a credit card in my pocket and can get fg at anytime.
if u can find me info or a picture of this bee, i'll pay very well.
