Its all bullshit.

Normal gas engines are 20% or so effcient.

Diesel are a bit better at 28% or so.

Also why has car company not made this engine?

Its not possible atm to get 400hp and 110 mpgs.

I could see 400hp and 50mpg at this time but not 110 mpg.

Also takes more then 3 secs to get to 60 in a 87 mustang with 400hp.
