I ate thrice as much as I usually do at sunday and monday, wasn't exactly a surprise I'd turn sick heh. I was wondering what I could still stuff into my throat.. I can't imagine eating nothing for 48 hours is too good for my body..
Thought soup was a good idea? (medical) help plox.

Fasting for 48 hours will not hurt you at all. I'm not sure why you stated that time period though. A three day fast, were you only drink pure water is actually medically good for you as it gives a rest to many of your organs.

If you are just wanting to get over the fact you overate, then just rest and sleep some extra and continue your normal eating patterns after you feel like it.

Many soups are easily digestible and good if you are breaking a fast.

If you can not shake the fullness feeling because you feel constipated, I recommend you go get some natural vitamin C and take 3 grams 3,000mg of it with a large glass of water and if the feeling does not subside in a few hours do it again one more time.

If none of the following is helpful, PM me with some more details. <3

That's exactly it. I never had the feeling I overate. I'm slightly underweight and I always eat a lot more than the average human. Even now, I don't have any hunger at all.
..I got nothing but tomatosoups, and I was almost commanded not to drink those =P
I actually feel just fine, I just can't bare the thoughts of food after my digestive system turned the other way yesterday *blink blink*. When I got back from school I went to sleep at once. I've had my extra bits of sleep =P. Guess best I could do is, as you said, drink some water and give my organs a rest. I'll let you know what the result is tonight/tomorrow.
Thx!

Take some probiotics... Bio-K Plus is my favourite kind.. very potent and settles the stomach nice and quickly. If you're hungry, cook some white basmati rice with split/hulled mung beans (these are often called mung dhal). It's a complete protein, and pretty effortless to digest. Once your stomach feels a bit better, add some warming spices and steamed/sauteed veggies.

Also, I find that osha root tincture has really come in handy for stomach and respiratory problems. I love the taste of it, just don't take it around any bears... they are attracted to the smell and will probably maul you for it.
